Delivery: The shipment is sent via express mail. You will receive the envelope with your labels through your mailbox. If not at home, a postal note will be left advising you to pick the parcel up at your nearest post office.

Ways of Payment: We currently accept bank transfers. You will receive the steps that have to be followed after completing your purchase. We also accept credit card payments by PAYPAL. This payment is completely secure and the transaction is protected by the SSL security certificate. Our company does not have access to the data on the customer's card, which is delivered directly to the bank.

Delivery Time: Your labels are made the same day the order is placed. They are made within 24 hours of the ordering time. They are then sent the following day. Delivery time depends totally on the express mail delivery company. Envelopes or parcels sent should be received within 48 to 72 hours from the time of delivery. Therefore the total delivery time is between 3 to 4 working days.
